Stéphane Lambion

I write and translate poetry texts that are collected here alongside short notes. My first book, Bleue et je te veux bleue, was published in 2019. I am currently working on a new manuscript as well as on a translation from Romanian into French.

I studied at the Sorbonne and the École normale supérieure in Paris where I focused on Philippe Jaccottet’s poetry. As a part of my studies, I spent one year at the University of Siena (Italy) and I worked as a French supervisor at Cambridge University (King’s College).

I am currently a PhD candidate at Aix-Marseille University where I am doing a practice-led PhD (half theory, half creative writing) about the relationship between illness and poetry.

I co-founded Point de chute, a review which aims at publishing texts by young poets who are trying to find their place in the contemporary poetry scene.
